4:50 PM Radar Update: Scattered storms are firing across portions of the eastern Ozarks. With the exception of one rogue left-mover in Texas County we've not seen much in the way of severe weather thusfar with these storms, but heavy rain with rainfall rates between 1-1.5" per hour have prompted a Flash Flood Warning to be issued in portions of Howell, Douglas, and Ozark counties until 10:30 PM.
