Physical restraints and detainment should ALWAYS be displayed on camera! These cops are using the "Stop Resisting" tactic on us every time we are off camera as an excuse for them to pull whatever trick up their sleeves just so they can be in attendance at work the next day! If you have to do all of that and can't provide us with the safety that our tax dollars are funded to.. Then you shouldn't be allowed to work in the force.
